I would really like to thank you for giving people (and me) the possibility to understand that when we have panic attacks there is a way out. I found helpful the way you explained panic attacks. I understood that it's not such an uncommon thing. This calmed me down. Also, the relaxation techniques helped me a lot to stay calm and think better. Thanks a lot for helping people and me.
