Thanks for the panic attacks course

Thanks for the panic attacks course, I have found it really interesting but more importantly helpful. I've been suffering panic attacks since the beginning of December last year. I have no idea where they came from but they will leave a lasting impression, I find them just awful.

For me the 7/11 relaxation breathing works and I can stop a full blown panic attack by this method. I haven't had an attack for a week now although I still feel really anxious at times. I will keep keep you informed of my progress and I sincerley hope it won't be too long before I'm panic free. Thanks again for the course and also the encouraging words.
