“Without the panic attacks course I wasn’t alive - now I feel 99%”

Your panic attacks course and the cd are excellent. I also suffer from feeling sick when I’m in stressful situations or when bad thoughts enter my head.

I’ve brought the Panic Attacks tape so hopefully that will help. The other area I need to improve is my self-assertiveness. The 6 week course was really good and I thank you. Without the course I wasn’t alive - now I feel 99%, knowing that that extra percent is just around the corner.
